14-Day Return and Refund Guarantee
We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for returns. To be eligible, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all components included. Refunds exclude shipping, handling, and applicable restocking fees.
Return Process

Non-Electronic Items: No Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required.

Branded or Electronic Items: An RMA number must be obtained by contacting us at info@shibaracingstore.com. Items returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions. A return shipping fee may apply. Ensure the product is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
To exchange an item, follow the return process for the original purchase. Once the return is accepted, place a new order separately.
Refunds
